Fecal Coliform

Fecal Coliform Bacteria are very small organisms that grow in warm dark moist places. Fecal coliform are one of the many bacteria.
Fecal coliform grows in water put there by either man or animal. Fecal coliform has the most diseases and can kill aquatic life. A membrane filtoration is how we find fecal coliform we take 100 ml of water and take it in through a vacuum pipe and let it incubate for 24 hours at 44.50 degrees Celsius. The tempeture makes the bacteria grow.
